Allied Universal® is hiring a Regional Scheduler. The Scheduler is responsible for assisting in various operations for assigning client cases in a designated region. The scheduler works with the scheduling team, Case Managers, and Investigation Managers to ensure the scheduling process runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a great attention to detail and the ability to be flexible and multitask. A mindset for logistics and problem-solving would find the work to be rewarding! Effective communication between various levels of the organization is a key component to success within the team. The candidate must also be able to provide excellent customer service to all AUS Case Managers and Field Investigators.
