Job Description
Allied Universal's Corporate Talent Acquisition Department is hiring a Recruiter to support technical hiring for Allied Universal Technology Services. The Recruiter will perform full life cycle recruiting for Exempt and Non-Exempt Corporate Positions including but not limited to skilled Installation and Service Technicians, Engineers, Project Managers, Leadership, ect. The person will ideally be based in a hybrid remote position in Atlanta, Conshohocken, Dallas, Jupiter, New York, Pensacola or Raleigh, however we are open to a remote Recruiter.
Salary Range: $55,000-60,000/yr
What you will be doing:
- Create requisitions utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and evaluate additional sources to drive applicant flow
- Work with senior and line management to develop a deep understanding of job responsibilities and a successful talent profile for talent
- Use innovative sourcing techniques, understand and use market conditions for targeted sources to prepare distinct and effective recruiting approaches to support nationwide recruiting efforts
- Review applications (or resumes) to determine match for specific job requirements, including telephone or video interviews, utilizing technology to achieve efficiencies including:
- Video interviewing technology
- Calendaring tool
- Provide screened candidate information timely and thoroughly, seeking feedback and adjusting criteria as needed
- Organize and lead discussions on interview feedback and selection decision as well as weekly Region calls
- Provides world class, outstanding candidate experience from first outreach to new hire start date
- Extend verbal offers, manage negotiation process and initiate offer letter requests and background checks for candidates
- Properly disposition candidates during the application process, up to and including:Status of interviews, Conditional Offer or Rejection
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree plus at least 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Strong level of knowledge in full life-cycle recruiting which includes sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal parameters, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
- Highly resourceful and enthusiastic toward leveraging existing technology to source candidates through social media, employee lists from the competitive landscape, on-line networking, data mining Internet and other website functions
- Experience with an Applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS
- Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clear direction and expectations. Modify messaging based on audience (executive, team, candidate etc.)
- A passion for the collaborative consultative relationship with Hiring Managers. High service delivery with consistent and constant communication
- Dedicated effort to the candidate experience. Comfort with recruiting passive job seekers and sharing the value of joining the organization
- Strong initiative and solid judgment to provide coaching, manage candidates and influence hiring managers
- Thrives on accountability for individual performance and the performance of the team in an collaborative team environment with shared responsibilities and accountability
- Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
