What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Officer (Residential) position at Allied?
Security Officer Details:
· Professional image
· Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, to assist.
· Driving / Foot Patrol maintaining patrol vehicle
· Passing out Mail/Notices to residents
· Lock ups – Certain parts of the property will require our services to secure and lock leasing office and common areas. Be available to assist incase of a lockout.
· Learn alarm systems to operate troubleshoot
· Escort employees, residents, and staff
· Garage checks – 8pm-10pm, inventory details, courtesy reminders of any garages left open
· Maintenance – standby presence is needed for maintenance workers
· Basic computer knowledge – email communication
Pay: From $20.00 per hour/ MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS
