RESPONSIBILITIES :
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) monitor and wean Oxygen Therapy and artificial ventilation. The RRT draws, analyzes, and reports Arterial Blood Gases and EKG tests.
- Deliver intermittent therapy and assist with changing of artificial airways
- Perform routine and advanced therapeutic procedures according to established policy and procedure and CPR and bag-mask ventilation
- RRT operates, maintain, and repair respiratory equipment to ensure proper static functioning, cleanliness, and operation
