Allios, Inc. is hiring a Driver/ Material Handler in the following area(s): Indianapolis, IN.
Allios is powering the buildout of America’s 5G Network by providing cross-country supply chain and logistics for all of our customers. We operate more than 20 warehouses strategically set up across the country. In order to support our growing teams and our increase demand. As a driver/material handler you will play an integral part of our supply chain by providing supplies to our various cell tower construction sites. This role is also a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and receive possible promotions down the line.
What You’ll Do:
- Pick up and drop off telecom equipment to and from job sites and other materials under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager
- Verify the accuracy of parts and materials prior to leaving the warehouse
- Assist in the upkeep of company vehicles
- Organizing and upkeep of warehouse
- Drive company vehicles
- Keep manager updated on workload, progress, and any issues

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
- Ability to lift 100 pounds
- Able to crouch, kneel, and twist throughout the workday
- Able to reach and grasp with both hands
- Will be required to wear steel/alloy toed boots
- Ability to operate a company vehicle for off-site pick-up and delivery of materials
- Requires some physical labor daily in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an MVR record that classifies you as insurable and 21 years of age or older if required to drive and the ability to drive long distances on and off-road and to tow trailers
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and drive or ride in a truck for long periods of time
- Must be available to travel up to 100% if required
- Flexible with shift work, to include maintenance window and weekends if needed
- Local to the market
- Good oral and written communications skills and the ability to speak, write and read English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
