As a Construction Financial Analyst at ALLO Communications you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial aspects of our fiber optic design and construction operations. Your insights and analysis will be instrumental in driving cost-effective strategies in our construction projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct detailed financial analysis of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare financial reports related to construction operations.
Analyze construction costs and key performance metrics and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Budget Management:

Collaborate with the design and construction teams to develop and manage project budgets.
Monitor and report on budget variances, providing insights and recommendations.
Work closely with procurement to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Risk Management:

Identify financial risks associated with construction projects and propose mitigation strategies.
Conduct scenario analysis to understand the financial impact of potential risks.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including construction leadership, design engineers, and procurement teams.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making in construction operations.

Process Improvement:

Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and systems within the construction department.
Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in construction or a related industry.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of the fiber optic internet industry is a plus.
