We are currently seeking a Manager - EAP Clinical Services to work at our Life Services office located in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time, exempt position.
Position Summary:
The Manager EAP Clinical Services is responsible for providing clinical supervision to EAP Counselors with the aim of improving clinical services and maintaining ethical, professional, and legal standards. They also provide direct clinical services to clients, provides account management, trainings and critical incident response. The Manager of EAP Clinical Services assists the Executive Director in the operational aspects of the subsidiary.
What You'll Do:

Corporate Leadership:
- Create and promote a high-performance culture of service, innovation, and results.
- Engage in continuous communication to ensure accurate and relevant information exchange.
- Manage team performance and development through the various talent management processes.
- Establish and maintain diverse talent pipeline to ensure strong leadership & a culture of inclusion.
- Initiate and support continuous process improvement in business workflows.
- Effectively interpret and apply all corporate policies, procedures and protocols including ISO.
- Efficiently and effectively manage all financial resources to achieve optimal admin costs & ROIs.

Provides clinical supervision to EAP counselors and consultants to assist in ensuring sufficient and competent professional clinical staff

Establishes and maintains a quality assurance plan to assess quality of clinical services provided, identify problems, seek solutions, determine corrective actions, and monitor outcomes with the ultimate aim of improving clinical services and maintaining ethical, professional, and legal standards.

Triage, schedule and see urgent/emergent clients as needed.

Supervises management of all critical cases and provides updates to the Executive Director and other internal stakeholders, as needed.

Monitors and ensures high quality and appropriate case documentation in confidential files.

Conducts management consultation, clinical intake/counseling/follow up, critical incident debriefings, educational trainings and contract proposal presentations as needed to support EAP operations and work volumes.

Oversees the clinical schedule and on-call schedule.

Become a knowledge expert in EAP Expert and serve as a resource for LifeServices staff

Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with EAP staff, customers, vendors, the business community, and corporate stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of goals.

Performs other duties as assigned or requested
What You'll Have:

State licensure in a human service discipline required (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, PsyD).

Supervision and performance management experience

Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.

Strong commitment to excellent customer service and be comfortable in conflict resolution

Comprehensive knowledge of core EAP technology and the Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) certification a plus.
