RN Needed

Allpro Homecare is looking for an RN for PRN Assessments to become part of our team and join our mission of providing quality care to our veteran population.  

This is an Independent Contractor 1099 Position  

$150.00 per assessment

Responsibilities 

• Complete new veteran intakes 

• Complete 60-day Supervisory Reviews 

• Complete other assessments as deemed by Allpro or the Department of Veterans Affairs 

• Participate in the establishment and implementation of client’s service plan 

• Assess patients’ conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks  

• Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals 

• Report problems and progress of client to supervisory personnel 

Qualifications 

• Graduate of an accredited school: Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or Vocational Nursing 

• Current state license in good standing as an RN 

• Must be 18 years of age 

• Proof of current CPR and First Aide certification 

• Compassionate, friendly demeanor 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation 

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally up to 45 minutes
