Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

The AllPro Cleaning Supervisor is a seasonal role at The Saratoga Race Course running from May until the beginning of September. The supervisor would be responsible to assist in ensuring the cleaning operations of the Saratoga Race Course facility is cleaned satisfactorily in accordance with the required specifications. The supervisor is responsible to supervise and direct team leads and employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity. The supervisor will be responsible in training new employees in cleaning procedures and on specific equipment and tasks. The supervisor will also help crews to complete cleaning tasks that need to be accomplished throughout the day. This is a fast-paced job that requires attention to detail and the ability to track and coordinate many tasks and projects simultaneously and to assist in controlling labor hours.

The Supervisor must be knowledgeable of all the on-site services we provide and can explain them to our valued employees. The supervisor should walk the facility multiple times daily to supervisor employees, field employee questions, problem solve issues, and ensure the facility is appropriately cleaned within the predetermined labor hours. A safe working environment for all is essential.

Day shifts, evening shifts, and overnight shifts are available.

Pay is weekly.

This is a seasonal position. AllPro is looking to bring in a candidate who will be able to return seasonally.

Key Requirements:

· Demonstrated supervisory experience

· Knowledge of janitorial cleaning operations and procedures

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

Job Type: Full-time Wednesday – Sunday during the racing season (June 6th – 9th and July 11th – September 2nd)

Monday – Friday for the pre-clean operations in May, and in September for post-clean operations

Compensation: $22 per hour
