THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of PR Marketing & Communications, the Wholesale Marketing Manager will be responsible to support, protect and coordinate our Brand image with Wholesale, Franchise, License and E-Commerce partners. Help drive sales and profit by leveraging our Brand’s rich history and identity and sharing current season creative campaigns for use by our partners.
WHAT WILL I BE DONG?
- You will own and develop the annual marketing calendar, planning brand and promotional activity throughout the year
- You will lead in the development of AllSaints trade plans from idea to execution and analysis. Managing the development of imaginative and innovative ideas to be activated across all customer touch points
- Serve as the liaison between departments ensuring deadlines and actions are adhered to by key stakeholders in buying and merchandising, design and styling
- In partnership with the marketing, content, digital and creative teams, you will manage and execute seasonal marketing plans
- Work with the creative and content teams to brief and develop brand assets
- Maintain weekly comms plan to align channels activity
- Be the brand guardian, monitoring all activity to ensure the AllSaints brand profile is in line with the agreed objectives
- Take review of brand marketing activity, reporting insight to key senior & team stakeholders
- Be the point of contact between product and trade teams to ensure hero products and trade messages are considered within the seasonal marketing plan
- Responsible for the timely collation and sharing of all seasonal and annual marketing plans and assets to regional marketing teams and wider business stakeholders
- Brief and develop in seasonal and promotional POS assets
- Develop smart and effective multi-channel marketing activations
- Support, communicate and track marketing research and insights as appropriate
- Plan & brief digital design and creative teams to ensure we are delivering best practice creatives
- Report key performance metrics via Google Analytics and platform data, to make data-driven actions and deliver post-campaign analysis using both the media reports and Google Analytics
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Work cross-functionally in having strong communication/influencing skills to work with the different teams and seniority, and to drive alignment across the functions in support of the strategy.
- A proven track record in planning and managing budgets to target
- The ability to multitask to manage multiple projects, with the ability to analyse the
- A strong sense of brand aesthetic, a natural understanding of premium brands, a creative thinker, with a fashion sensibility and excellent taste levels.
Education and Experience:
- Strong copy-writing skills
- Experience and ability to work within a creative, medium-sized organisation and leading a team to deliver success, and will be able to work alone with high level direction
- Experience in wholesale marketing and apparel experience - ideally with Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s
- Experience in ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed commercially & flawlessly, partnering with third parties
Pay Range in West Hollywood, CA:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Base Salary:
$70,000/yr - $75,000/yr
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our North America region is made up of 76 retail locations across the US and Canada with our flagship store in SoHo, New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’ infamous aesthetic to the West Hollywood hills.
