MEP Estimator - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 130k/year - Waltham, MA
- Our client, a strong commercial mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an MEP Estimator, to be based out of the Waltham/ Boston area. This is a role that will regularly report to the office located in Waltham, MA.
- Our client has a great reputation in the Boston area and has been providing MEP and fire protection solutions to building owners and facility managers for more than 80 years. The company strives to put the customer first, which is why they have such a strong reputation in the industry.
Responsibilities: The MEP Estimator will be responsible for understanding MEP systems and design, generating cost estimates, and proposals. The estimator will develop relationships with General Contractors and owners to conduct discovery and help promote the client’s brand in the marketplace.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will have 5 years of experience reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications. Must have experience with MEP or fire protection. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, have strong math skills, and be capable of providing exceptional customer service and technical support. They should be able to work in a team, as well as thrive individually.
Compensation: includes a base salary in the 100k – 130k/year range. Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits package, generous paid time off, 401k contribution, and more.
