Business Analyst, Supply Chain, ERP *IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY* Paying up to $70/hr

Job DescriptionMultiple Business Analyst openings with this leading company in the Milwaukee market. These positions will allow the BAs to work with cutting-edge technology on this project. If you have the experience, this is an exceptional and IMMEDIATE Contract-to-Hire opportunity! Business Analyst Required Skills:Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, working with complex software systems, including ERPsExperience with manufacturing is particularly welcome, including Materials Management, inventory control, supplier management for factories, and shop floor productivityAbility to work collaboratively with PM, Business, IT teams and bring people together in global team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skillsDriven, culturally adaptable with positive ‘can-do’ attitudeAbility to adhere to tight timeline and address competing prioritiesElicit stakeholder’s requirements (SOR), RTM, Current/Future business processes/diagrams, identify gaps, prepare PowerPoint presentations, Change Management Documents, and Test PlansCreate and maintain project documentation using multiple company standards and tools, including Supplier Visibility PlaybookFacilitate day-to-day coordination with various IT and business teamsPrepare business cases and participate in software testingExperience developing software would be beneficial, but is not requiredExperience with E2Open ideal, but not requiredQualificationsWe require a Business Analyst (BA) / Transformation Leader (TL) for one of these projects. The BA/TL will report to the Project Manager, and lead the change management for an entire business unit, to deploy the E2Open supplier collaboration system.Business Analyst Responsibilities:May include traveling to various factories to interview and understand current processes & tools, any gaps to the company's E2Open-supported process, and propose how to bridge the gapsWork with various IT groups to understand possible solutionsHelp the PM formulate the approach for each ERP and plant. Additional InformationAll candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship and reside locally.
