Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in delivering top-notch grooming experiences.

Duties:
- Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling
- Utilize MINDBODY or other salon software to manage appointments and client information
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering and hair styling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area and equipment
- Use straight razors, clippers, scissors, and other tools to achieve desired hairstyles
- Offer advice on hair care products and provide recommendations based on clients' needs
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient operations

Qualifications:
- Valid barbering license in the state of [Location]
- Proven experience as a Barber, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
- Proficiency in various barbering techniques, including clipper cuts, scissor cuts, fades, and beard trims
- Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring services is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY or similar systems is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices for tools and workstations
