We are looking for a collaborative and influential EDI Analyst to take on a multi-faceted role ensuring the smooth exchange of electronic data between our organization and our external partners. The successful candidate possesses an understanding of EDI processes and will be able to analyze business requirements to propose solutions along with successfully managing projects to budget. The EDI Analyst will develop, coordinate, implement, and communicate the organization’s initiatives for EDI systems. The role will suit someone who is proactive, diligent, process oriented, comfortable working to deadlines and who thrives in an environment of change.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business process review and evaluation to develop a solution design.
- Lead EDI onboarding process for customers and fulfillment partners.
- Manage project scope, schedules, issues, risks, and resources in support of all project activities, including managing customer expectations and team delivery.
- Applies appropriate project management methodology to successfully drive delivery - projects may utilize Waterfall, Agile, or a hybrid methodology (expectation is to be fluent and adaptable to various methodologies used to track progress).
- Works with stakeholders to build requirements and define scope of work.
- Build comprehensive end-to-end test scripts with business teams to drive project quality.
- Ownership and oversight of assigned projects using best practice project/program management and mentorship.
- Lead effective teams by understanding their needs and working cross functionally to achieve the best outcome.
- Contribute to steering committees and senior leadership briefings.
- Work with all business leaders and project managers to drive continuous process improvements and effectiveness.
- Creation and maintenance of project timelines with well-defined achievements.
- Preparation of project governance materials.
- Take detailed notes on phone calls, in-person meetings, etc. to define action items and relate to the larger project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years combined experience project management and EDI business analysis.
- Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred.
- Strong EDI mapping skills required.
- Experience with SPS Commerce platform a plus.
- Working in an Agile environment preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and presentation skills.
- PMP certification a plus.
- Superior communication skills.
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, and experience is: $75,000-125,000.
