The Burns Mitchell Agency is seeking an
Outbound Sales Producer to join one of the top performing teams in the country! You will be responsible for generating results by advising prospects on their property and casualty insurance.

Responsibilities
- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
- Ensure that the Burns Mitchell Agency Sales Process is followed consistently with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting.
- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry.
Job Qualifications
- Strong interest in a sales career – at least 1 year of outbound sales experience required
- No insurance experience required
- Willing to obtain necessary Personal Lines insurance license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
- Confident, self-motivated individual
- Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
