The Judy Wiggins Agency is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for selling various insurance products to new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and building long-lasting relationships within the community.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and actively pursue new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Most leads will be provided for you.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products and coverage options.
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, ensuring they understand the terms and benefits.
- Customize insurance plans to fit clients' specific requirements and budget.
- Process policy applications and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, renew policies, and cross sell additional products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance regulations, and product changes.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation includes an hourly base and tiered commission structure as well as bonuses.
