Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide expert advice.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and market trends to offer the most suitable solutions to clients.

Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and insurance policies.

Requirements

Licensing: Possess an active insurance license in the state of Iowa or willing to obtain a license. Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance preferred but not required. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members. Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional service and meeting client needs with professionalism and empathy. Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
