This role is crucial in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Active Directory, electronic mail and collaboration systems, network operations, and storage area networks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT system design and maintenance, particularly in managing and planning Microsoft Active Directory and electronic messaging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Active Directory services, ensuring scalability, security, and efficient operation.
Manage electronic mail and collaboration systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
Monitor and maintain network operations systems, LANs, WANs, virtualization technologies, and storage area networks (SANs) to ensure high availability and performance.
Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures related to Active Directory, email systems, and collaboration tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and user needs related to IT infrastructure.
Provide advanced technical support and guidance to resolve complex issues related to Microsoft Office 365, operating systems, PowerShell scripting, and other related tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; coursework in Microsoft Active Directory, electronic mail and collaboration systems, network operating systems, LANs & WANs, virtualization technologies, and storage area networks is highly valued.
Advanced training in Active Directory and electronic messaging technologies is highly preferred.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, PowerShell, and electronic mail and collaboration systems.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex IT system design and maintenance, with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and electronic mail and collaboration technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
