Description:
- This role will implement and ensure that the Governments standards of performance are met, including contractual requirements and timely delivery of quality products. In addition, the individual will be responsible for maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), performing follow up on individual task status and reporting updates to the project or program manager (PM).
- Performs CDRL management, tracking and document configuration management in support of program teams, including document control, working with CDRLs and using SharePoint.
- Develops, reviews, proofreads, and modifies technical documentation.
- Ensures CDRL quality before submittal. Reviews Government CDRL responses and ensures comment clarity, quality and timeliness of responses. Performs CDRL status reporting.
- Assist in implementing CDRL changes as required in the course of the contracts or delivery orders.
- Establishes and maintain a complete electronic library of all deliverable data in the SharePoint Serves as standing member of internal and external program teams.
- Attends team meetings and leads such meetings in PM's absence.
- Participates in customer discussions and negotiations to evaluate requirements for deviations, waivers and engineering changes, ensuring adequate internal coordination.
- Develops and tracks action item lists and distributes to team.
- Assists with coordinating work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, quality and administrative areas.
- Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
- Familiar with Microsoft Project
- Understanding of Project Management.
- Experience managing Customer Relationships Understanding of CDRLs and CDRL Management.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously familiar with User Access to SharePoint.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to tackle assignments with little or no background knowledge pertaining to the task.
- Willing to ask questions and follow up with key team members on status and actions

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration a or related discipline, with a minimum of 1-4 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional training with at least 3 years of work experience in project or data management.
