The established regional staffing and personnel resources firm is seeking a business development manager with staffing sales experience. The ideal candidate will have established relationships and is comfortable acquiring new business from lead generation to close. Responsibilities:
- Identify customer prospects through networking, industry meetings, relationships, etc.
- Meet with clients to determine staffing needs.
- Assist with matching the right candidates with customers by communicating candidate requirements to in-house recruiters.
- Maintain close contact with customers for ongoing hiring support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years experience in the staffing industry.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Business-to-business sales experience with the ability to prospect, value sell, and negotiate contracts.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
