Pharmaceutical Sales Representative-Rheumatology
 
Allura Global is currently recruiting to fill a team of 1099- Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives with experience selling in the Rheumatology treatment category. The ideal candidate must possess high motivation, an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for winning, leadership skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.  Candidates must have a proven track record of success in previous pharmaceutical-rheumatology Rx sales.
 
This role will drive/expand rheumatology product sales for a leading specialty pharmaceutical company and is the first point of contact for this company’s rheumatology product line.
 
Responsibilities Include:
  • Business Outcomes: Deliver, meet and exceed sales TRx and NRx goals.
  • Exceed call expectations weekly, monthly, quarterly.
  • Product and Disease State Knowledge: Superior product and disease state knowledge of core rheumatology products and key competitors.
  • Selling Skills: Deliver effective selling presentations using features and benefits along with various resources and tools to grow the volume and market share of the launch product.
  • Business Planning / Territory Management: Ability to navigate the territory with a business building mindset, creating advocates within the Healthcare Professional arena.
  • Own customer routing / coverage for high value targets to deliver volume growth and market share for assigned product portfolio.
  • All responsibilities are expected to be delivered in an ethical manner aligned with all company, industry, federal, state and local guidelines.
Summary of Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (prefer business or life sciences) from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 1-2 years pharmaceutical rheumatology experience required.
  • Quantifiable sales success selling TRx & NRx pharmaceutical products.
  • Excellent leadership and highly effective communication skills.
  • Strong negotiating and strategic thinking skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Applicants should reside in and have a strong familiarity of the territory for which they are applying.
  • Ability to travel (less than 10% and will primarily be for Training, Team, Region, or National meetings)
Compensation
  • 1099 position- 100% commission based.
