Allura Global is seeking to fill an executive level- President position for a nutraceutical client partner based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Allura’s partner is a privately held healthcare organization, which markets and promotes prescription quality, non-prescription healthcare products to physicians and pharmacists. Our client partner features a diversified portfolio of proprietary non-prescription products, which have been clinically validated and sells products directly to physicians and pharmacists.

Job Overview: The President position is the primary leadership role focusing on business development, growth and strategic operations/daily operations. The President is a member of the Executive Team that works closely with the board of directors.
The President leads strategic planning and operations and will manage key accounts, vendors, partners, suppliers, physicians and pharmacists. This role will recruit, hire and motivate employees to meet business objectives. This role is the primary operations leader for the company.
Responsibilities: The President is responsible for the oversight, management, recruiting, performance, capitalization and development of the organization. The President collaborates with the core executive group to create and implement strategic objectives. Helps create, monitor and confirm standards of performance for the company so as to foster effective communications, optimize training, motivation and managerial cooperation. Provides regular reporting, reports and executive level feedback regarding, budgets, forecasts, sales group performance, finance and corporate operations. Takes personal responsibly in helping develop and implement of the company’s Executive Plan. Assists subordinates in preparation of proposals and presentations. Capitalizes the company as necessary to meet performance objectives. Controls expenses, resource allocation, travel and similar to meet budgetary guidelines. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, regulations, business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Duties and Obligations: Internal / External Cooperation: The President helps establish performance parameters for team members and is a corporate leader who delegates authority and responsibility while maintaining accountability and follow-up. This role sets the example for the entire company including but not limited to areas of personal character, work ethic, punctuality, commitment, organizational presentation skills and organizational leadership. The President is responsible for internal & external communication, provides executive coaching, motivation, and counseling as necessary to achieve company objectives. The President provides problem solving and trouble shooting skills as necessary to sustain and enhance harmony and encourage cooperation among all facets of the team.
The position will be responsible for operations, accounting, payroll, IT, personnel, legal and professional, security, contracts and negotiations.
Performs other duties as assigned by the CEO/Chairman.
