Allure Healthcare Services is seeking a Full-Time Admission and Financial Coordinator.  Come join our team and become part of the Allure family.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Experience in healthcare as an admission coordinator, social worker, business office manager, discharge planner or similar position desired.

-Primary responsibilities include screening referrals for appropriate medical and financial information and faciliting use of appropriate payor source for admit.

-Utilizes sales/marketing/customer service skills to build and retain census at skilled nursing facilities.  

-Developes and utilizes relationships with hospital discharge planners and other referral sources.

-Ideal candidate should be extremely detail oriented and able to multi task in a fast paced environment.

-Knowledge of financial aspects of skilled nursing includeing Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance (preferred)

-Excellent keyboard and phone communication skills required.
