Job Summary Alluvionic is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support the United States Marshals Service – Tactical Operations Division (TOD) - Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP). The Project Coordinator II will assist with the administrative tracking of the Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) plan submissions, training records, and assist with the COOP site badging/credentialing station.
*Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this position.*
Must be able to pass a background Investigation (BI) for a clearance of Public Trust.
*This is an onsite position.*
Salary Range: $70-73k yearly
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The Project Coordinator II performs, but is not limited to, the following duties: Responsibilities:
Assist with administratively tracking COOP plan submissions and training records.
Assist the COOP’s site badging/credentialing station.
Act as the primary point of contact to represent executives with their internal and external customer base.
Assist with analysis of data and metrics in preparation of reports and briefing materials.
Manage special projects from start to completion.
Compose, draft, edit, and prepare correspondence such as letters, emails, memos, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3 years of administrative experience supporting Senior Level Leadership
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to seamlessly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Previous Government Agency experience
