Job Summary Alluvionic is seeking a Senior Program Analyst who will support the Judicial Threat Operational Center (JTOC), which is the central hub from which the Judicial Security Division (JSD) in the United States Marshals Service. The Senior Program Analyst tracks and monitors its operational missions, including Protective Investigations, Significant Incidents involving USMS-protected persons and spaces, U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Detail and International Judicial Travel, High Threat Trials, Level 4 Conferences and Events, and Protective Intelligence.
*Must have an ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE to be considered for this position.*
*This is an onsite position.*
Salary Range: $85-90k yearly

The Senior Program Analyst performs, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Responsibilities:
Leverage your training, experience, and technical knowledge to support United States Marshals Service (USMS) protective investigations at case entry
Act as a technical advisor to the investigator regarding your role in the Office of Threat Management (OTM)
In coordination with the Senior Inspector, conduct and document initial case research in case acknowledgment emails and the appropriate case management system
Utilize technical skills to identify and share critical information impacting USMS protective interests
Accelerate investigative timelines by understanding and identifying critical elements of significant incidents and investigative referrals
If critical information impacting other law enforcement agencies is identified during your duties, share this information with the appropriate agency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Five years of specialized experience related to the duties described above in support of a Federal Law Enforcement Agency
Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Law Enforcement Threat Operational Center experience
