Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)
Will manage end-to-end contracting process (including RFI/RFQ/RFP’s) for assigned customers, facilitate cross functional team leadership with appropriate departmental managers and conduct value opportunity analysis of spend portfolio and presents findings to departmental customers. Also responsible for collaborating with suppliers to assess emerging opportunities and new market developments, evaluating all contractual relationships to identify savings and new potential opportunities, reviews and manages supplier performance requirements as established in contracts. Will Implement the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program across portfolio, follow Sourcing Methodology when implementing Sourcing Events and lead contract negotiations and supplier selection process for responsible assigned spend categories and suppliers.

- Responsible for performance reviews, promotional decisions, and pay actions for support and professional levels.
- Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor's degree in business or management.
- Previous work leadership or senior level contributor experience.
- Typically requires minimum of 10 years in area of specialization, Five (5) years of progressive managerial experience in supply chain with at least three years leading sourcing and contracting teams
