Director of Nursing (DON) Quick Look:

Ally Home Care has an opportunity for a Director of Nursing to join our team!
As Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for Clinical, Client and Employee Support. You will be part of the Agency Management Team responsible for managing operations of the Agency and Branches within your reporting territory.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain clinical compliance strategies
- Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
- Implement RN and Caregiver recruiting, orientation, training, and supervision procedures
- Direct client admissions process
- Create, and audit admissions and other ongoing clinical documentation
- Conduct and supervise client initial assessments, and supervisory visits
- Maintain a satisfied patient base
- Maintain a judgement free team
Qualifications:
- Valid license as a registered nurse in the state of North Carolina
- 4-6 years of experience in home health management is preferred
- Independent problem solving skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, email, web-based client software)
