Duties & Responsibilities: As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. You will assess patients' cardiac status, interpret telemetry readings, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitoring patients' vital signs and response to treatment is essential to ensure timely intervention and optimal patient outcomes.
