About Our Team : The Continuing Education (CE) team of 7 is on the verge of several innovations to better serve our clients and each other.

The CE Coordinator will have the opportunity to be trained by a long-standing staff while also contributing to the development of new resources and procedures.

As a team member, the CE Coordinator will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our ability to process continuing education credits for insurance and financial industry clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate insurance company clients, assisting with continuing education administrative-related issues
  • Proactively touch base with each client every month to ensure consistent communication
  • Train new instructors on expectations and responsibilities
  • Submit Instructor and Course Applications for your clients
  • Enter client service fees in the expense tracking system
  • Maintain records of course and instructor approvals
  • Maintain training materials covering all Client Coordinator responsibilities
  • Support all additional miscellaneous assignments and projects necessary for the success of the CE Team

Qualifications :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to manage internal and external relationships
  • Preferable experience in Google Workspace and Salesforce
  • Extensive skills in critical thinking, attention to detail, and self-led time management
  • Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets
