Practice Support Specialist, Washington DC Territory

Summary

The Practice Support Specialist's goal is to make our customer’s life easier and set them up for success while assisting the capital team in the sales process. The Practice Support Specialist is to maintain and build relationships with customers post-sale, maximizing customer satisfaction and success. The Practice Support Specialist will unpackage and install equipment, teach best practices information, and provide support through marketing coaching. The Practice Support Specialist will have the opportunity for commissions from the sale of additional products, services, and consumables as determined by the company.

Essential Functions

  • Help create social media posts and graphics for customers success

  • Coach customers on how to market services tailored to their new equipment

Education and Experience Required

  • High School Degree, College Degree desired but not required, or comparable experience
  • 1 years sales or account management experience

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct reports but assists in mentoring peers and other departments as needed.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment and medical offices. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

Travel

This position requires 30% travel as needed.

Work Authorization
