ALMA is a Mexican & Southwest Restaurant in the Seville (Indian Bend & Scottsdale Rd)
Take all tips home nightly, no waiting for paycheck
Open 7days a week & weekend brunch
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled bartenders with a great attitude to provide excellent guest experiences through crafting and giving exceptional service. Good bartenders should be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly tips. (receive cash daily)
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and restaurant patrons
- Creating lasting relationships through positive interactions with guests helping to build and ensure regular clientele
- Proudly serve southwest inspired cuisine and cocktails
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences, while making appropriate recommendations
- Consistency in prepertaion and follow through with all specialty cocktails & food
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay focused with each task at hand, and knowing when to delegate
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations per health code
Skills
- Knowledgable in spirits, wine, and beer (Tequila & Mezcal is a plus)
- Passionate about crafting cocktails and delieveing great customer service
- Being proficient in Aloha
- Having a positive attitude, and leading by example
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.35 - $40.00 per hour
