A Little Bit About Us
The first Almost Famous store opened its doors in 2003 at West Acres Mall in Fargo, North Dakota. Over the years, we've grown and expanded our presence to serve even more communities. Currently, we operate eight store locations, including St. Cloud, Mall of America, Northeast Minneapolis, and Mankato, all within the beautiful state of Minnesota. However, we didn't stop there – we ventured beyond state lines to bring our unique offerings to new areas. This expansion led us to open stores in Champaign, Illinois, and Billings, Montana. And now, we're thrilled to announce our latest addition in Coralville, Iowa!

At Almost Famous, we take pride in not only our widespread presence but also our commitment to our staff's growth and development. We provide comprehensive training programs covering everything from First Aid and CPR to bloodborne pathogens and body piercing techniques.

Furthermore, to ensure our stores are well-stocked and equipped to meet our customers' needs, we operate our own central warehouse. This facility efficiently processes and ships jewelry and supplies to all of our locations each week, ensuring that our customers can always find the products they desire.

Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with sales transactions, helping customers select suitable jewelry for their piercings, offering aftercare products, and handling piercing paperwork.

• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain the highest standard of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Store Operations: Maintain quality & control. Report any issues or problems to management promptly.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, immaculate, and organized to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Attendance: Demonstrate prompt and dependable attendance to ensure efficient store operations.
• Team Morale: Contribute to a positive store morale and culture, fostering a collaborative and enjoyable working environment for all team members.

Minimum Requirements

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
