Retail Store Associates

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Excellent time management skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
