We are currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused Dispute Specialist to join our BankCard Center Team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service in speaking with the customer to intake and submit their Mastercard dispute claims, ensuring appropriate action is taken within regulatory timeframes. This will be a Call Center type setting intaking calls from customers, branches and call center.

Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 7:00PM (Hours may vary)
Friday - 8:00AM - 5:00pm
Saturday 9:00AM - 1:00PM - rotation
