• Well-rounded with solid experience in implementing and/or managing ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, VMS, CRM, SCM, and OT systems.

• Have 5 years of experience in designing and maintaining business applications in the supply chain or manufacturing industry.
• Must be proficient in administrating all front and back-end applications and database systems used by the company.
• Successful in using product/service expertise, knowledgeable of competitor products and services, and customer/partner knowledge to drive the application architecture design and vision.
• Have a strong sense of pride and personal accountability for the end-to-end product/service quality, completeness, and resulting user experience for the life of the product/service.
• BS or equivalent.

• Design, implement, and support business applications used by the company in partnership with Program Management and business stakeholders to drive innovations, efficiency, competitive advantage, deliver business value, and delight customers.
• Lead planning and project execution.
• Manage software suppliers/vendors effectively, including procurement, negotiations, terms, support, and professional services as needed.
• Maintain license information and ensure that all applications are properly licensed.
• Assist in developing IT into a profit center.
• Ensure all applications are regularly validated and meet relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develops lasting, innovative architecture that satisfies business and customer requirements and aligns with the long-term plan for the product/service.
• Chooses the appropriate internal or external technologies, incorporates research, creates reused designs across the team, and is an excellent judge of practices that work well.
• Manage the integration of internal systems, as well as customer/vendor integration into ALOM applications.
• Work with the IT Operations and Software Engineering teams to deploy applications and capabilities to users.
