Alpena Public Schools is accepting applications for a Secondary Special Education Teacher for Alpena High School for the 2024-25 school year.

We are offering a $5,000-$7,000 recruitment / retention incentive for the position!

QUALIFICATIONS :

State of Michigan teaching certificate with special education endorsement; knowledge and skill in commonly-used approaches to educating emotionally impaired students;

knowledge of the requirements of state and federal mandates which directly affect the program and teaching situation.
