Description HR COORDINATOR RALEIGH, NC Hybrid role – in office 1 day, home 4 days. Pay ranges between $17.50 - $20.44 an hour. Required Skills: Associate degree a must. Minimum 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role (preferably Recruiting/Talent Acquisition background). Does well in a high-volume environment. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work in a collaborative team environment with excellent collaboration skills. Must be able to prioritize and stay organized. Strong process improvement skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required. Technology capable/Tech savvy. Experience with Workday, SharePoint and Service Now desired. Hours are flexible- ideally 8-830 until 5-530 flexible. Candidate must be flexible and have the ability to work remotely. Project Description: Responsible for providing guidance to Talent Acquisition Advisors, Recruiting Coordinators and HR Specialists related to the international hiring process to ensure compliance with company policies. This role will deliver Tier 2 support and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries associated with the international process and will analyze incoming questions to identify potential process improvements. This 12 month position starts ASAP.
