Job description
The Client Services team at AlphaCord LLC has an office-based opening for a Client Services Admin in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is looking for someone who specializes in customer service, is productive with minimal supervision, enjoys helping customers, and can multitask.
Primary Job Duties:
· Receive incoming calls from current clients to answer questions and coordinate collection and storage of samples.
· Receive incoming calls from prospects, answer questions, and close the sale.
· Draft letters and send promotional materials to doctors/midwives/hospitals of clients· Discuss clinical and scientific issues with prospective enrollees.
· Review incoming data for accuracy and scanning into systems.
Additional duties may include:
· Miscellaneous office functions
· Initiate contact with current customers for support/administrative issues.
· Data Entry

· Excellent communication with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
· Ability to multi-task yet remain attentive to details and accuracy.
· Willing to work outside a formal job description when necessary.
· Has the ability to learn complex medical/scientific information and communicate it verbally and in writing.
· Microsoft Office - intermediate to advance skill level.
