We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of our recreational programs. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills, educational expertise, and a passion for student success.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals

- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of faculty and staff

-Lesson planning, gym shows, and program growth.

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of programs and services

- Monitor and evaluate student progressions and advancement

- Manage classes, coaches, and coaches training.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in education administration

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience coaching experience, managing programs, and leadership skills.

- Experience working with students at various levels.

- Strong background in gymnastics and private club operations'

-Knowledgeable in breaking down skills and class management

- Proven track record of leadership and management success

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

- Educational background in physical education, gymnatics, and dance. Teaching experience in preschool through teen development

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team and have fun!

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work collaboratively with coaching staff and departments

- Knowledge of current educational policies, regulations, and trends

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
