Responsibilities:
As a Health Insurance Sales Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in helping consumers make informed decisions:
- Handle customer inquiries about health insurance, providing plan information, and assisting with enrollment.
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry.
- Conduct outbound and receive inbound phone calls to prescreen sales leads.
- Assist consumers in enrolling in health insurance plans.
