Description

Hours: Saturday & Sunday 07:00 a.m. - 07:00 p.m. 

  1. Dispatching and management of Stat Labs from client’s call to placement of the stat lab into the client’s portal. 
  2. Daily update of Stat Mileage Logs
  3. Answering medical facilities phone calls or emails about lab status, assistance using company portal or other information as needed to resolve client’s need.  
  4. Assist couriers with information about labs needing picked and delivered to laboratory.
  5. Provide timely response to customer calls.  Strive to minimize “call wait timeframes” while being focused on resolving customer issues.  High focus on client satisfaction.
  6. Answer client lab phone calls and resolve client issues.  Phone calls focus is providing lab report status, lab report results or routing to appropriate personnel for resolving client issue.
  7. Communicate lab issues with clients; partially including, reporting patient critical lab results and problem log specimens requiring a recollect order.
  8. Provide fleet management services for lab operations; including, monitor vehicle maintenance records, monitor GPS units, and keep vehicle records current.
  9. Coordinate Home Health Lab pickups and Stat Dispatching
  10. Providing introductory information to new customers
  11. Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services.
  12. Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services.
  13. Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
  14. Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service

Qualifications


  • Minimum requirement is High School Diploma
  • Phlebotomy or prior customer rep experience a plus
