Loan Servicing Specialist

Alpha Mortgage is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist to lead our servicing team and work within the finance department. If you are looking to join a supportive, results oriented team, this position is for you!

Our Loan Servicing Specialist will perform advanced clerical operational tasks and must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume, and deadline-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Consult clients with respect to performance in areas like servicing, delivery accuracy, investor reporting, document control, custodial account management, loss mitigation, reporting and lender compliance.
• Support clients in adherence with established guidelines, selling requirements and servicing.
• Ensure all loan servicing disclosures are completely error free.
• Manage and supervise complicated reporting, remitting, re-pricing and reconciling activities.
• Evaluate loan servicing data, research issues along with exceptions and execute apt changes.
• Execute quality control measures with respect to loan servicing.
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis of client issues and problems.
• Recommend feasible solutions to resolve existing problems and facilitate implementation of same.
• Analyze staff capabilities to integrate organizations work rules with servicing operations of customers.
• Order, review, renew and maintain loan payoffs and disbursements.
• Review all terms and conditions of loan documentation.
• Monitor, coordinate loan payoffs, disbursements and demands.
• Review completed audit disbursement, loan reconciliation and reports from specialists.
• Ensure all procedures adhere with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of Accounting experience
• 1 year of Mortgage Servicing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
