Position Description/Scope of Work:

Alpha Omega is seeking a Business Analyst to support a cross-functional agile development team in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will, at a minimum, fulfill the responsibilities listed in the Responsibilities section.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Adhoc and canned reports
• Maintain Procurement/Logistics Databases
• Draft artifacts based on existing templates
  • Update templates as needed
• Track personnel on the team
• Develop and maintain administrative documents; generate and distribute general communications to personnel (Government & Contractor).
• Basic document management of hard and soft copies, to include use of SharePoint (ex: process outgoing mail/packages, sort incoming mail/packages, filing, copying, scanning, sorting, faxing and shredding).
• Create and utilize standardized materials and checklists for customer onboarding/procurements.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years in-depth experience managing and maintaining processes and procedures
• Highly organized with a thoughtful, methodical approach and the ability to pivot and adjust their approach to meet evolving requirements
• Must be able to successfully complete the DHS security and suitability background check
• Ability to operate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work remotely and utilize Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, and other emerging technologies
• Must be proactive and able to use forward-planning utilizing "what if" simulations to evaluate proposed changes
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
