Commercial Coordinator Job Description
Responsibilities include coordinating information flow and reporting, maintaining, and updating databases, tracking project activities and progress, reviewing, and sending client deliverables, and coordinating with project staff and internal/external contacts, and inventory management. This role will support the daily maintenance of software, project management systems, and implementation of new software. The person in this role needs to be very detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills, well versed with current technology, and enjoy assisting others.
Industry-specific training will be provided.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support field operation staff members utilizing current company platforms.
- Thoroughly review and send client deliverables.
- Obtain and report an accurate number of assets for each proposed project.
- Assist support team members with daily tasks to drive project efficiency.
- Maintain professional, timely, communication with team.
- Any other duties assigned in support of overall operation & office.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Project management/Project coordination experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and Google Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to make decisions in a timely manner using critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization clients and staff.
- Ability to work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring and/or ongoing projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform multifaceted projects in conjunction with daily activities.
- Team player with a positive personality and strong commitment to employer.
- Provide excellent internal customer service, presenting a friendly and welcoming personality.
