Alpha Supported Living Services (SLS) has an exciting job opportunity for a Program Supervisor.
Who or what is Alpha Supported Living Services?
Alpha Supported Living Services is a non-profit agency that provides support services to adults with developmental disabilities.
What Will Your Day Look Like:
- Supervise the provision of participants’ health, behavioral, safety, social and medical support services.
- Coordinate, facilitate and assist with participants’ medical and behavioral programs.
- Consistently and accurately maintain client records in compliance with local, state, federal, agency and contractual regulations or requirements.
- Assist with supervision and management of the clients’ individual and house financial accounts; coordinate with appropriate personnel to protect participants’ financial resources.
- Supervise and oversee the staffing support in the home; work to promote staff cohesion and build positive morale in the workplace.
- Provide personnel supervision to assigned staff.
- Maintain and sustain positive working relationships with participants’ families and friends, guardians, vocational program staff, DDA Case/Resource Manager(s) and other service providers.
- Participate in meetings; attend seminars; complete individual training requirements annually and maintain certifications and licensures, as required.
- Operate personal and/or agency vehicle on a regular basis.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Someone at least 18 years of age
- Has at least a High School Diploma plus 5 years' experience working in long-term care, social services or a related field OR
- OR Associate’s Degree plus 3 years' experience working in long-term care, social services or a related field OR
- OR Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 1 year of experience working in long-term care, social services or a related field
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work with vulnerable adults
