Executive Assistant to the CEO -

Alphacore Inc Alphacore Inc., founded in 2012, is located in the innovative Silicon Desert of Arizona’s technology center. Our engineering and leadership team combines long histories of delivering innovative data converter, radio-frequency (RF), analog and mixed signal products, and complete imaging systems for critical systems, through business success at both startups and multinational companies. We specialize in designing high performance solutions for niche needs of demanding segments, including scientific research, aerospace, defense, medical imaging, and homeland security. Job Description: We are at the forefront of the microelectronics industry, seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing the CEO’s schedule and ensuring they are fully prepared for all engagements, including meetings, events, and decision-making processes. This role demands excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to efficiently manage complex tasks. The complexity of our field requires an assistant who is not just adept at administrative tasks but is also comfortable and agile in a highly technical environment, with the capacity to quickly grasp industry terminology and adapt to the technical aspects of their role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s email inbox, including drafting and sending responses on technical and non-technical matters.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate and dynamic calendar, ensuring the CEO’s commitments are optimized and that briefings are well-prepared.
  • Act as a liaison for follow-ups on tasks assigned by the CEO to team members, ensuring deadlines are met and updates are communicated in a technical context. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools to prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Support project management and strategic initiatives with a technical focus. Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and local to [Tempe/Phoenix].
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong ability to understand and communicate new concepts and terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in technical and non-technical language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a technical setting.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
