What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookeeper position at Alpine Camp for Boys?
· Payroll processing weekly for salary and hourly personnel
· Managing employee HR and onboarding processes
· Filing all payroll tax reports and related filings
· Record all deposits and reconcile to camp operation software
· Process and pay all accounts payable and issue annual 1099 reports
· Record credit card purchase activity
· Oversee General Ledger
· Complete bank and credit card reconciliations to the books
· Prepare monthly financial statements for principals
· Work with CPA for income tax filings and other needs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
