Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Operations: As a Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in executing power washing projects efficiently and maintaining quality standards. You'll be responsible for managing service locations with our state-of-the-art, truck-mounted equipment.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional service that meets our high standards for customer experience. This involves interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and company protocols.

• Competitive Compensation: Starting pay range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips/commissions/additional bonus opportunities.

What You Bring:

• Excellent customer service skills: prior sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal).
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Motivation to excel in the role. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Experience in power washing is not a requirement, but experience in construction or sports/athletics is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
