Job Posting for Weekend Medical Payment Poster/Front Desk at Alpine Urgent Care and Sports Medicine
Professional, enthusiastic, detail oriented individuals needed for medical payment poster and front desk receptionist. We are an energetic office and fast paced office that provides a great environment for professional growth and learning.
Job duties includes:
- Scheduling appointments on a walk in basis
- Handling patient inquiries
- Answering phones and routing to appropriate parties
- Interpreting insurance information
-Posting insurance payments, both received in the mail and electronically
-Occasionally assisting the billing department in claim reviews
- Entering accurate and up to date information in electronic medical record (EMR)
- Operate office equipment
This position requires that individuals be able to operate several computer applications at once while being proficient in Microsoft office. This position will be proficient at downloading and editing PDFs while operating an Apple computer.
We are a small office that operates seven days a week and we are in search of individuals who are able to work 10 hour shifts on weekends, or a 10 hour shift Friday through Sunday.
