About the role:

Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with customer service and document management for their sales team at the laboratory location.

Responsibilities

About You:

• Assist the ALS sales team by maintaining documents required for proposals and bids.
• Follow up with clients regarding details of the approved projects.
• Liaise with other departments and laboratory locations.
• Assist the sales team with business strategy on completion of large projects.
• Clearly communicate with Sales Represent ivies and Laboratory Directors about all aspects of a project.
• Assists project management group with quotes for clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications is preferred.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Google
